These terms of sale and use apply to purchases from and use of https://meilunhome.eu. The website is operated by Meilun Home B.V., trading as MeiLun Home.

2. Products and product information

We sell mattresses, four-piece bedding sets, summer duvets, pillows, duvet fillings and related products. We describe materials, sizes, colours, care and suitability as accurately as possible. Images and colours are indicative. Before ordering, check the selected size, variant, composition and care instructions.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy the selected products. A contract is formed when we accept the order by confirmation or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailability, an obvious price or product error, incomplete payment, suspected fraud or where delivery is not reasonably possible. Amounts already received will then be refunded.

4. Prices, taxes and shipping charges

Prices are displayed in euros and, for consumers, include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Some products have free shipping; for others, shipping charges are calculated using factors such as delivery address, distance, dimensions, weight and carrier service. The final amount is shown at checkout before the order is completed.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before we process the order unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available where checkout permits it for the address provided. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes when the product is delivered to you or a person designated by you, subject to mandatory law.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Mattresses, four-piece bedding sets, summer duvets, pillows and duvet fillings have a commercial 30-calendar-day return and exchange period after delivery, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights also remain applicable.

8. Warranty and conformity

All products must conform to the contract and statutory consumer rights remain applicable. For mattresses, MeiLun Home also provides a five-year commercial warranty for verified material and manufacturing defects under normal household use, calculated from delivery. Details and exclusions are set out in our Warranty Policy. This commercial warranty does not limit statutory rights.

9. Use, care and safety

Follow product labels and care, washing and use instructions. Use a mattress on a suitable, stable and well-ventilated base. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing or drying, moisture, insufficient ventilation, unsuitable support, unauthorised modification or normal wear may fall outside a commercial warranty, without affecting statutory rights.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes apply according to their stated conditions, duration and product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

11. Complaints

Send complaints with your order number, a clear description and relevant photos to contact@meilunhome.eu. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, unsuitable placement or failure to follow product instructions.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection applicable under the law of your habitual residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
